With full-contour beveling capability, it saves time and money by eliminating the need for a second operation. It is a very cost-effective, precise method to cut shapes out of the metal plate cleanly. Our plasma cutter cuts thicker materials, including steel, mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel on an 11’ x 28’ burn table. Cutting Edge’s 11’ x 28’ CNC cutting table has a 400-amp plasma station that can cut various metal types, thicknesses, and angles. The video shows the precise cutting of a .25” thick piece of ASTM 572-50 steel plate.
CNC Plasma Bevel Cutting
Cutting Edge’s plasma torch has full-contour beveling capability. The video shows the highest quality single and combination edge bevel cutting of a 1.25” thick piece of ASTM A36 steel plate.
