Cutting Edge Fabrication (CEF) welding services include fully automated robotic capabilities. Robot integration increases our high-volume welding process’s accuracy and repeatability. The A/B split station increases productivity allowing the operator to perform part setup and removal on one station while welding production takes place on the other. The material handling stations are rated for 1,100 pounds and equipped with servo outboards providing part welding rotation and multi-part configurations.
Our PerformArc robotic welding system features a Panasonic welding robot and Miller Electric MIG (gas metal arc) welding technology for the precision welding of carbon steel and stainless steel metal fabrications. Routine preventative maintenance keeps the welding center operating at peak level.
